Second, Plum Alley Crowdfunding offers a platform where certain users (“Creators”) run non-equity campaigns to fund creative entrepreneurial projects (“Project Campaign”) by offering rewards (“Rewards”), including pre-orders, to raise money from other community users (“Funders”) (“Plum Alley Fund”).

What Does Our Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and other information gathered when you are using or accessing the Services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Third Party Services you access.

Plum Alley uses third party processors to process payments. The third-party processor (and not Plum Alley) is responsible for collecting and processing credit card and other payment information and we do not collect or store your credit or debit card number except as described in this Privacy Policy.

To increase the effectiveness of ad delivery, we may deliver a file (known as a “web beacon”) from an ad network to you through the Services.
